Check out the pictures from my weekend trip to Whakatane. I didn't take many pictures because I forgot to charge my camera battery before we left.
I forgot to mention that I drove a car last weekend! Driving on the left side of the road is probably the most fuck-up thing I have done since I arrived in New Zealand. The car was also a manual, so I was dealing with a number of anomalies all at once. Check it.

Looks like a sleepy little town.Was the water warm enough to swim?
Although I did not go swimming, the water is around 60 degrees, or 15.5 degrees Celsius
