The Michigan Coalition for Compassionate Care is on Western Michigan Universities campus NOW between the Chemistry building and Waldo library collecting signatures to put medical marijuana on the ballot in the state of Michigan.

Signing the petition does not mean you advocate drug use, but that you advocate the right to CHOOSE and not be sent to jail for trying to fight the effects of an illness!

Meth and cocaine are BOTH legal by prescription in the state of Michigan, but medical marijuana is punishable by arrest and one year in prison. Medical marijuana is advocated by several national associations, including the national Association of Attorneys General.

Please help the sufferers of AIDs, cancer, MS, and several other debilitating diseases by advocating the right to choose treatment.
